Organization
Sovereign Healthcare facilities are well-known and respected
in their various communities. Our company provides the entire
continuum of care, amongst all our facilities. We have multiple
housing options from completely independent living, progressing
all the way through to long term care. Sovereign Healthcare
also has the capability of providing respite and hospice care.
Regardless of level of care, our company has the ability to
meet very specific needs. We are able to provide service packages
that make it easy for older adults to live out their lives with
the utmost respect, dignity, security and belonging. The working
philosophy of Sovereign Healthcare is that the retirement years
can be the most enriching and nourishing time of our residents’
lives. On our campuses, our residents can age gracefully with
the security and comfort of knowing that they may never have
to move again.
Mission Statement
Sovereign Healthcare has established and maintains a Standard
of Excellence in the provision of retirement living alter-natives.
We revere each individual resident and our practice is to offer
choices in long term care, senior housing and supportive services.
In addition, we provide services for a very special population
of those afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis and the young adult
with special needs.

wellness paradigm and utilize a multidisciplinary approach in
creative problem solving the needs of our residents.
