Covenant Care Center is one of four nationally recognized facilities specializing in the care of the resident with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, other neuro-degenerative diseases, and a young adult population with special needs. Our 100-bed facility is comfortably designed with private and semi-private rooms for the provision of skilled and long term nursing care. Covenant Care Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified and approved.

Covenant Care Center has established a Professional Advisory Board consisting of professionals from the community, Sovereign Healthcare Administrative Personnel, and with resident and family representation. Our multi-disciplinary approach to the care of our residents ensures quality, which in turn, impacts quality of life for all of our residents.

Our Care Centers provide an excellent and comprehensive therapy program. We offer the complete range of Rehabilitation and Restorative Nursing Services. Our Therapy Department is staffed with Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and their assistants. The Therapists evaluate rehab candidates, and create an individualized treatment plan for each resident. A Restorative Nurse and Restorative STNA’s coordinate the restorative-nursing program with the Therapy Department. The goal of our Therapy Departments is to assist each person to reach their maximum functional potential and to regain optimal independence.
