Traditions Care Center provides an excellent and comprehensive therapy program. We offer the complete range of Rehabilitation and Restorative Nursing Services. Our Therapy Department is staffed with Licensed Physical, Occupation, and Speech Therapists and also their assistants. The Therapists evaluate rehab candidates and create an individualized treatment plan for each resident. A Restorative Nurse and Restorative STNA's coordinate the Restorative-Nursing Program with the Therapy Department. The goal of our Therapy Department is to assist every resident to reach their maximum functional potential and to regain optimal independence.

Admissions
All residents are granted priority admission status in moving throughout our continuing care campuses, as their individual needs change. If preferred placement is unavailable for short or long term needs, Sovereign Healthcare will accommodate the resident based upon availability in any of the other Sovereign Healthcare facilities, and assume the cost of transfer to the final/ preferred destination.
